Friendly Staff, Clean Apartments, good priced rent, good sized apartments, the location is convenient, and pretty, and the lake in the middle is pretty. They have two pools, one in the front by the office which is much better decorated then the back one but the back one is much quieter and peaceful. The gym is nice however two machines do not work and they have 3 TVs that you can't use, otherwise the gym is really nice. One thing that I would say to be careful for is the dogs. Some of the dogs are very very friendly, a few of them are not. Please keep your cat inside and your dogs on a leash. Additionally the dog park is nowhere near as nice in the photo published the tables have been pushed. The weird cover thing is off so theirs just 4 wood pillars. Just had a tour of the complex with Saul. He was amazing. He was very thorough and took his time with us. It was the BEST tour I have ever been on while looking at apartments. The complex itself is very clean and desirable. We loved it!

Saul, the leasing consultant, was very professional. During my tour, he explained each area of the property and its purpose. He offered me drinks and snacks, and then sat down with me to review the amenities, what to expect, and the move-in process. Today, he called me again, being very friendly, humorous, and familiar—as if we’ve known each other for years. He is the best leasing consultant I’ve ever met. Keep up the great work; your company should be proud to have you.

The maintenance man Keonne is so very thoughtful. I put in a service request for my washing machine and after he completed the work, I saw him on my camera pet my puppy and refill his water bowl. That is something that most wouldn't have done and I genuinely appreciate the care the staff gives to not only the residents, but our loved ones.

Do not move here . They are scam artist, you want to better yourself and upgrade but they will try their hardest to keep you in your current apartment by adding additional charges to you on top of paying a transfer fee. My car got broken into and not word from the leasing office about that part . For a one bed one bath is 1100 but with their fee you’ll end up spending 1300 could only imagine for 2/3 bedroom apartments. Wouldn’t recommend working with Chaba he’s so unprofessional and a scam cause how you gonna do a checklist for my move out with no checklist sheet and just naming a price on the top of your head . Do not MOVE HERE they do not care about you they only care about your money and see how much they can get out of you
