The Meridian Apartments

Gross outside trash everywhere people always out all hours of night. Very unfriendly residents. Someone's always smoking drugs .they need to clean that pkace up and get better residents.

Lived here about 4 months . I really like it, great managers, and with vha I pay 273. And that includes laundry, all utilities-(water, garbage, electric, etc.), and they give you cleaning supplies if needed.

The housing authority needs to get this under control. I can't even drive through to my neighborhood because there are people standing in the street, and challenging me when I ask them to move. The open drug use and trash everywhere is abhorrent. I want people to get the help they deserve but they can not be expected to be treated neighborly if they do not act neighborly.

Probably the sketchyist place in all of Vancouver. Definitely be strapped from the moment you turn into the driveway. After pulling in driveway to deliver a doordash order, my vehicle was instantly surrounded by at least 6 people, with face masks and beanies on. Multiple people passed out on the ground and in chairs all over the place. Needles on the ground. Multiple people blatantly using drugs right in the open. Probably the scariest place I've ever been and I'm from southern California. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

If you don't mind lots of extra people hanging around at all hours of the day and night, putting your vehicle in a high risk situation, and yourself at times, then this is your place to be. Gunshots at night, drug deals in public, and no onsite parking, other than three disabled spots, makes this a place to avoid when your personal security team is at lunch.
