The Meridian Apartments

Management First let me say I loveeee these apartments Newly renovated very spacious and the area is very quiet and clean. Ms. Baldridge is an exceptional apartment manager. She is always professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about her residents. Any questions or concerns I’ve had were handled quickly and efficiently. She keeps the property well-maintained and creates a welcoming environment. It’s clear she takes pride in her work, and it truly shows. I appreciate her dedication and highly recommend her!

My overall experience was definitely a 10/10. Milteria was not only knowledgeable, but she was beyond professional. Always about her business and I loved that more than anything. I also love how smooth the parking lot is now and the gate. It definitely makes a difference in our community. Milteria was very prompt with responding to concerns and getting anything fixed that needed to be fixed in my unit. Great team in the office as well. Thank you so much Milteria.

I would like to recognize the hard working office staff at The Meridian. Latiscia and Milteria are truly heaven sent. Since they have taken office, the property has genuinely changed for the better. They are professional, hardworking, and always willing to help residents. You can see the pride they take in their work, and it truly shows throughout the community. Their dedication. Does not go unnoticed, and The Meridian is better because of them.

Has roaches, whole apartment complex need to come down and be rebuilt. They might not come out when you view the apartment but when you move in they definitely get to moving around. Including the kitchen and bathroom.Had to leave the bed frame because the built a roach nest in the head board. My ceiling fell down in my front room and they did not accommodate me. They left my stuff in the unit while they worked and damaged a lot of my stuff with the paint residue and did nothing about it. I had to clean my own unit when they done. They paint over mold to make the apartment look better. But once you in there for a while and the paint start to chip you see the mold and discoloration they painted over to make the apartment look new. Never used my dishwasher but yet it’s rusty and moldy. They d

I couldn’t be more happy to see the details of the property Ms Milteria was one of the property managers who went over and beyond her limit to ensure the support I needed throughout this process to moving . I am so grateful for her time, help, and support throughout. Her patience level with me is was at an all time high , she is very sweet , well respectable and very good at what she does. Any question or concerns I had she was right on top of it. When speaking customer service the experience I had was OVERLY SATISFIED I pray that the property keeps her around her customer service and smile is everything needed . Loved the property the inside and out and even on top of that very reasonable prices thanks so Much Milteria you rock !!!!!
