Both Property Manager Kelly and Maintenance Man Darwin are so so kind and helpful! Kelly always answers any questions I have and always promptly even when its not of any urgency! Darwin is also promptly and is also super friendly! Coming from my last complex where the owner/landlord was extremely toxic and borderline abusive, its been so refreshing here at The Melrose. It actually feels like home! Thank you so much Kelly & Darwin, I truly appreciate your kindness!

The Best part WE get to have all seasons right here in the heart of it all St John's . - plus are Swimming Pool if you Have Little ONES like I. My experience at these apartments was both very bad and kinda good. I moved in here with a 300 dollar deposit after receiving section 8 for my first time. After a couple months I started getting rub fees I was never warned of for around $200 per month. My section 8 covered most my rent but wouldn’t cover these random fees. When I moved out I cleaned the small apartment for two days spotless and was still charged $422 after taking away my $300 deposit so i was charged $722 for a clean apartment and giving a deposit. They always have different managers and activity going on I had homeless people sleeping in my doorway knocking on my door while my kids were awake, my 11 year old son refused to swim in the pool based on the condition it was kept in for the entire year I stayed. Recently moved in! Kelly, the property manager, has been an amazing amount of help! Made the move feel very smooth! She’s been extremely attentive and responsive to our messages! Very happy with her and her professionalism!
