Management is horrible the manger Tonya left my woman outside her apartment locked out. She left her key in the house and wouldn’t help her at all, and I couldn’t get to her since at work. She was stuck for 2-3 hours outside in the freezing cold rain.

Sonya is nice and sweet great personality She makes you feel welcome and very helpful The office staff and maintenance team do a great job at making sure the tenants are taken care of promptly. Sonya was very friendly to me she explained everything to me. Showed me my apartment walked me through and took her time explaining everything to me. I have only been here 1 month and so far I love it.

Lipstick on a pig. Don't let the pretty countertops fool you! I recently vacated The Meadows Apartments and feel compelled to share my experience for the benefit of others considering this complex. Upon move-in, there were multiple maintenance issues—including mold—that I reported several times through the tenant portal, emails, and phone calls. One issue involved visible mold under the bathroom sink where there were clear signs of a water leak. The bedroom bathroom also had a mold issue under the thin hardwood floor paneling. There was a scent of mold in the air in both bathrooms. The previous maintenance guy came out a few times and was not able to fix the leak. I have been a resident for 2 years and it has been a disaster since the new management has taken over in Feb. 2025. Very rude and nothings getting done. I had a knob come completely off of my shower faucet after "maintenance" did work on stopping a constant drip. Upon preparing to take a shower that same night, the entire shower knob came off which resulted in full pressure of water shooting out in full force. I followed protocol and I called emergency maintenance several times( ant least 40 times) and they never came out. I left voicemails, texts and even sent pictures and videos hoping that they would respond. I called the fire department and they came and couldn't find a shut off valve. Miss Sonya and the office staff was very attentive to me during my time of need. Ms Sonya was very professional and had a great attitude each ad every time I went into the office. I love my apartment and The Meadows of Memphis was a great choice.
