The Meadows at Bayberry

Carmen and Sandra were extremely helpful in making our decision to purchase in Bayberry South. Their genuine care and support through out the purchasing process made it an extremely easy and enjoyable process. Carmen's unwavering support with every decision, her prompt and effective communication to every detail was amazing. We could not have asked for a better team.

Don’t do it. They will turn over terrible work and not own up to fixing any of it. Our home was turned over in terrible quality, dirty, and the yard had construction trash all over it, a year later they still never cared to fix it. Stay away.

Beautiful homes community nice and clean landscaping beautiful on all the yards each homes I tell you in the name of Jesus asked the Lord and he will get you in these places if it’s in his will. This is a dream community that you want to be in, we’re not there yet, but we’re working on it

Decided to pay them a visit for a possible future house. They have quite a few models to look at. Location and neighborhood looks amazing.

Looks like it may take 18 - 24 months to get a home built there. They have 60 people waiting list as of today. They are only building about 5 homes a month. You do the math.....
