The Meadows Apartments

The Meadows is one of Glen Allen's hidden secrets!!! You will be hard pressed to find a more caring, professional, and great office staff and maintenance team! They are quick to respond to any and all needs. My apartment is spacious and comfy and so quiet at night. I really enjoy the balcony I have, too! The layout is perfect in my 2 bedroom/2 bath. Great storage and closet space throughout. Plenty of cabinets in the kitchen with more storage shelves in the laundry room! The pool is refreshing and nicely maintained. I appreciate the gym we have, as well. Trash bins are within walking distance. And there are several doggie areas around the complex. Along with nice neighbors, we have a playground for the kids who live here. I feel comfortable with coming and going anytime day or night

I have only been here for one month and I can't even describe in full detail how much they have met my each and every need. The friendliness of the staff from the office to the maintenance.. beyond excellent. With every apartment complex you'll have the ups and downs but I haven't had any regrets and haven't had any trouble communicating with the office with my needs and concerns.. thank you each and everyone, you all have made this big transition most comfortable.

Maintenance was awesome!! Husband put in a request for the dish washer and washer and within 20 minutes they were here💪. Great personalities awesome service great conversation I wouldn't ask for anything better! They didn't even worry to much about my dogs and as a dog owner we all know that when theres a knock at the door it's a whole circus on the other side of the door. Well deserved 5 stars PS: next time I'll get there names but I'm pretty sure they are all awesome anyways!

I have only been living here for a little over a month but so far I have zero regrets choosing The Meadows as my home. The complex is very quiet and peaceful and all my neighbors seem very friendly. The leasing agents are all extremely professional and courteous. The maintenance team is the best I have ever experienced. The guys do and outstanding job and respond to requests very quickly. I would highly recommend The Meadows to anyone looking for an apartment.

I have been living at the meadows for 2 years now and I just renewed my lease for another year. I have loved every minute of staying at the meadows and this is my second time giving a review. The complex is quiet and peaceful. Staff are always pleasant and professional and the maintenance team are professional and awesome with service request. The only downside is the trash system, I would recommend a valet trash service due to there only being one dumper in the complex. Everything else is great and I am happy where I live.
