My husband has now been living at The McCarthy for exactly one month, and our experience has been fantastic from the start. We had an express move-in and even toured the apartment via Zoom beforehand. Ty, the sales agent, was incredible—he made the quick move-in process smooth and hassle-free. Since moving in, the team has consistently followed through on their promises. Every maintenance request we've made has been handled promptly and professionally. For example, my husband’s refrigerator was scratched and dented, but Oscar from maintenance quickly got him a replacement. Every issue has been resolved except for one balcony light that’s out; the bulb had to be ordered by Oscar. He was very professional, proactive, and clearly focused on doing his job well. He answered all my questions with clarity, and his commercial commitment was combined with a warm and friendly attitude. I would also like to highlight the building management team. We have lived at The McCarthy for 3 years and have to give a shout out to the wonderful maintenance team. Oscar and Raul know everyone by name and provide prompt helpful service and advocate for best practices. Raul and Shawn went above and beyond recently in coming up with a plan and executing with great resolve in helping us retrieve an item mistakenly sent down the trash chute. ABOVE AND BEYOND!
