The McCallum Apartments

We’ve been living in this building for nearly 10 years. Love the location! The apartment is spacious and well-maintained for a historical building. Ron the property manager is great — he clearly cares about his tenants and the property. Whenever we have had maintenance issues or other concerns, Ron has been very prompt, reliable, and easily accessible. He’s been very kind and thoughtful to our family.

It has been an absolute pleasure to live in The McCallum for almost four years and counting! The building is always clean and any maintenance issues are promptly addressed. It is quiet, peaceful and nestled in a beautiful historic area. The property manager Ron is the best! He often goes above and beyond to address the needs of the tenants no matter how big or small and in making sure the building is safe and comfortable. I also want to commend the hardworking staff who are behind the scenes but contribute to our great quality of life here at The McCallum.

I lived here for two years. From June of 2023 to June of 2025. I only lived there for a short time due to work, no other reason. I actually really enjoyed living here. I had a one bedroom and it was VERY spacious! The cost for what you get vs. what other apartment complexes in the area are charging, it's incomparable! Very low cost, even compared to living in the suburbs! Depending on if the unit you get comes with a parking spot, you can choose to pay for their gated parking. I opted for the parking which, again, I thought the cost was reasonable for the area. While the building is old, they are constantly updating their appliances, AC units, bathrooms, etc. Overall, it's a safe area, the apartment is well-maintained, and maintenance is prompt and does a good job.

We've been here for about 10 years and have been loving it. The building is clean, well maintained, and Ron has been an absolute pleasure to have as a property manager. The other tenants in the building are also nice and respectful. Living at The McCallum has been great to us!

Absolutely loved my time at The McCallum! I lived here for quite a while and can’t recommend it enough. The building is old but very well taken care of, and the neighborhood is truly wonderful. A huge shoutout to Ron, the building manager, who makes all the difference. He’s always attentive, quick to fix any issues, and truly cares about making sure everything runs smoothly for the tenants. Issues are typically always addressed immediately. Ron goes above and beyond to ensure everyone is taken care of. The McCallum is definitely a hidden gem – I’ll miss living here!
