Definitely not the "luxury" apartment complex they claim to be. When we just moved in, appliances were not working and had to be fixed. You could tell the unit was flipped quick with little attention to detail. Walls, ceiling, and floors are so thin that you might as well live with your entire building like they are roommates. Anytime the main hallway door is shut for the floor, you can even feel the shake from inside your own unit. Their elevators have been down and not functional for probably over a month now, while they keep sending emails claiming to be working on it. Staff at the leasing office are unresponsive to emails, and they can't even track documents that are sent to them. These are just the tip of many other issues with this complex. Would not recommend living here at all. Y

Please do not waste your time and money living here. The only way to be pleased with the Mayfair is if you never have to deal with the leasing office once you move in. They’re absolutely so unprofessional and uncooperative regarding residents’ issues. Trinity will truly ignore your emails for weeks. Do not expect her to be helpful unless you beg and bother her for weeks. The Mayfair owes me hundreds of dollars due to a broken AC unit I dealt with upon moving in. It was running almost four times the amount of energy it should’ve been. After MONTHS of back and forth, they offered me $250 with no explanation. This isn’t even close to what they owe me. I am overly exhausted trying to deal with these incompetent people. Be warned.

My experiences BEFORE this week were nothing short of amazing UNTIL my air conditioner unit froze up and I was initially told it would be three weeks to receive the part and have it fixed. Maintenance was very professional and brought a portable unit in which supposedly cools only one room, yet it’s like having an oversized fan in your space that only cools the “ONE” room at night! I was offered another one but it still isn’t like central air in my “LUXURY” apartment that I most definitely pay “LUXURY RENT” for! Of course I’m expected to still pay full rent on time and I was also told there are no other properties or ways to have my part expedited!!! Therefore, be very careful if you plan on moving in during Florida’s very hot summer months with pets, children, etc, because their current

It would be great if building 9 could be clean the floors and doors. I live in the first floor and sometimes I have to clean the windows, floor and stairs. It seems nobody has came in the 4+ months I have been renting here. Thank you!

The main bathroom shower floor is caving in, which I reported the same day, along with mold inside and outside the shower. They promised to fix both, and while most of the mold is gone, some still lingers. the floor still caves in when you step on it, super unsafe, especially on the second floor. On top of that, the elevator has been out since move in day and still isn’t working, and I can’t fit my stuff up the stairs. I asked the front office about switching apartments, but the lady there didn’t even recommend it. Not happy at all
