The Maxwell at Xentury City

I absolutely LOVE this complex and I have lived in 18 in my life as I travel so much. The staff, Josh, Victoria are the best, beyond helpful. The matainence crew is so fast and plesant. Living here feels like a permanent vacation. Impeccable grounds, landscaping. Plenty of parking and quiet yet so close to everything. Can't say enough AMAZING things about staff, floprplams, landscaping, pool, lake with walking path and responsive maintenance! I would give them 10 stars. Seriously.

While living in Apt 1-404, we submitted multiple work orders regarding a persistent pest issue, we would also go to the front desk to let them know that we were having these issues. The only response provided was scheduling pest control visits, which, unfortunately, seemed to worsen the problem. After each visit, we noticed an increase in bugs, to the point where I stopped submitting requests altogether and began purchasing my own supplies to temporarily manage the situation. I regularly observed dead roaches in the stairwells and live roaches in the parking lot. I would also observe bugs squeeze their way under the door, come under baseboards as they were not sealed properly. You can see in some of these photos. Four months into our lease and my wife and I have zero regrets about making Maxwell @ Xentury City our forever choice! The leasing team is top notch and always welcoming and the maintenance team are quick on service requests and extremely helpful. Close proximity to so many attractions and dining options makes this such a premier location for families or even couples that are new to the area such as my wife and myself. The complex itself, we can’t say enough about it, Newly built apartments, Beautiful landscaping, Modern style apartments with Modern fixtures. Amenities are great and the pool area looks fantastic. All in all great community of people and affordable rent prices.

Great leasing management team, the amenities and location are amazing, also the maintenance is 100% efficient, the gym has all the standatrs requirements!

I would recommend Maxwell to any friend or family of mine. The leasing office team, Jay, Jessica, and Victoria were amazing. My lady, 2 dogs and I moved from Oregon and the leasing team made the move in process seamless and easy. The property speaks for itself. Hammocks, pickle ball court, dog park, dog wash station, state of the art gym, you name it. The amenities are elite. On top of that, very friendly neighbors, clean property, beautiful landscape. A+
