DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I moved here in January and this is my first time being late on my rent. I knew there would be a late fee but I didn’t know I would be limited on how I can pay my rent after it’s late. Rent is due on the 1st and late on 2nd by the way! I was prepared to pay my rent on the 2nd with HELP (rent assistance). Being unable to add a payment method in my portal, I called the leasing office to speak with Andrea the leasing manager. I explained to her my problem but then she stated, “After rent is late you can only pay via money gram (cash) only!” How inconvenient to limit your tenants from paying rent all so the company can issue you a notice to vacate and cause an eviction (which occurs 3 days after receiving a late rent notice) This isn’t a case where I refuse to pay rent, but

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I signed my lease on January 9th, after touring the model unit. I asked if the rooms would fit a king size bed and was told yes. I have transitional furniture from Ashley’s Furniture Homestore and when attempting to move in, my furniture doesn’t fit. I explained this to the manager Andreea and her advice was to put my dressers in the closet. How inconvenient! That’s not where dressers go. Not to mention I would have to remove shelving in order to make it fit. Instead of them allowing me to get out of the lease and issue me a full refund, they told me I would have to buy out my lease as of this is a tenant issue and not a construction issue. Melea was incredibly kind and patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made everything much easier to understand. I truly appreciated her support and professionalism.

Friendly and great staff, did a great job at showing us the apartments and was honest about everything, maintenance is always quick to respond and gets anything fixed only had a few minor random maintenance problems as with any place. almost 1 year living here love it👍.

Dangerous n[ building numbers visible. Fire, police, or EMS would waste valuable time looking for your apartment. Post, FedEx, etc are just on there own. Needs to be fixed, probably violates life safety codes. On the bright side very nice looking apartment complex
