Most people would consider 2021 as quite possibly one of the worst times to purchase their first home…Prior to meeting Brandon Brittingham I would say the search for our first home was pure chaos…HOWEVER, Brandon took what seemed like an impossible situation and far exceeded any expectation we had going into this process. Not only did he find a home for us in our price range, he found it in our ideal location, less than 5 minutes away from my work he ALSO presented us with the opportunity to more or less custom build our first home from the ground up. Brandon was representing the Sellers of a property we were looking to buy. The property was very unique, built in the 1700's and needed a lot of hurdles to overcome in order to secure financing among other things. Though he wasn't working for us, Brandon stepped up and went way above and beyond what would be expected of a Realtor during the process to help the Sellers get this property sold and allow us to close on the property.
