The Martha Apartments

It’s a nice, pet friendly, place to live but there are flaws. As others have mentioned, the walls are very thing, and the parking is in a tight alley that is frequently blocked. It’s almost worth skipping the $75/month parking spot and parking in the street next to the building, as you’ll have to park there anyway when someone takes the spot you pay for. It’s a nice place to live at a good price, upping the parking enforcement or placing additional parking deterrents would easily bring the building to 4-5 stars.

I just moved in to the Martha this August and I love it here! The building is so well thought out, simple and tasteful. The location couldn’t get any better! I am able to Lime scooter or walk to so many local stores and restaurants. I like that it is a smaller building so it doesn’t feel like a huge apartment complex. In unit washer and dryer is a huge plus! Definitely recommend checking this place out if you are looking to move!

Parking is $75 a month for an uncovered space in an alley behind the building. Sound insulation is very poor - do not recommend living on 1st or 2nd floors. Edit: Added a star because the owner did cleaning / maintenance after 1.5 years.

Lived here for 1 year: The apartment itself is good, with new appliances and generally good design. There is inadequate parking, they have roughly half the amount of parking spaces for the number of units. They charge $75 per month for uncovered parking in a tight alleyway. The management team is generally pretty helpful, but they had a lot of turnover. Maintenance experience improved with CommercialNW taking over. Expect your internet bandwidth to occasionally drop to nothing during evenings and weekends. Either the network equipment is inadequate/poorly configured for the building, or they have inadequate bandwidth allocation from the ISPs for the building, or both.
