The Margot

I recently moved away but lived here for two years. I really enjoyed the time I spent here, the building is extremely well kept and located at arguably one of the best spots in Downtown Bellevue. Always had good experience with the staff and never had to wait long for any issues, shoutout to Elizabeth and Umar. Also the rooftop is amazing and is one of the things I will miss the most (especially the Rainier view from the back)

I recently stayed at The Margot (as a guest), and I was really impressed with how well everything was managed. The manager was incredibly welcoming and professional, making sure guests felt comfortable and taken care of. You can tell they truly care about the building and everyone who stays here. The whole place has a great vibe modern, peaceful, and well-maintained. You can really feel the pride and effort the staff put into keeping it that way. I’d definitely recommend The Margot to anyone visiting or looking for a place to stay!

I had a great experience touring Margot Bellevue. Maylyn was very helpful and accommodating, and Liz, the leasing manager, was supportive and patient throughout the process. They answered all my questions and were very transparent about pricing - no hidden fees, which I really appreciated compared to other places I toured nearby. I ultimately chose Margot for its unbeatable location, and the thoughtfully designed, well-balanced floor plans. The apartments feel modern, solidly built, and having AC was a huge plus for me. Overall, from touring to signing the lease, the experience has been seamless and positive. I’m really looking forward to living here!

I have been living here going on 2 years now. The building just went through a re-brand and facelift. I can honestly say it has been an improvement. The rooftop deck was just completed a few months ago and it looks amazing! Just in time for spring and summer. The staff is amazing and attentive to your needs. If there's ever maintenance concerns Umar is on-top of it. Liz, the property manager is always courteous and friendly; she will greet you with a smile every time. The Margot team hosts resident events once a month and they never disappoint! Keep up the stellar work!

Great staff here, very friendly and accommodating and maintenance always gets the job done quickly and everything is always clean. View of the park is always great to look at and the upper deck is one of the best I've seen. I highly recommend Margot especially if you like living around great restaurants that you can walk to.
