It has been a pleasure having Joanne and Angelina handling all management. They’re easy to speak to and always accessible. I have lived here now for three years and wouldn’t wanna move because of the management. The Department building is great as is kept clean, both inside and and out. The heated infinity pool is wonderful.. Any service request are handled immediately. The building is quiet and is very walkable location which is a pleasure. I will continue renting here for quite awhile

I had been looking for a place for weeks and after meeting JoAnn and Yazmine and going on a tour they both made me feel like this would be my new home. They were very kind, welcoming and straight forward and gave me a sense of comfort. The apartments are very nice and comforting along with the view! Whether if you’re looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom this place is more than enough. Take a tour and you’ll see what I mean. Thank you again JoAnn and Yazmine you made all the difference! My daughter just moved from this complex. She was there for 3 years. I loved the place. I felt safe she was there as I live in another city. They always kept it nice and neat. When she needed repairs they did respond. It’s next to everything: hospital, restaurant, Publix, etc etc. I miss coming to visit her there

I lived here for a year, and while the apartments themselves are nice, there were several issues that future residents should be aware of. The best part of my experience was the beautiful view from my balcony and the convenience of having Publix and other shops just a short walk away. However, these positives were overshadowed by some significant downsides. The customer service is terrible—don’t expect anyone to answer the phone or address your concerns promptly, if at all. Another major issue was the fire alarm, which went off at least once a month during the night, causing major disruptions regardless of whether there was work or school the next day. To top it all off, getting your deposit back is practically impossible, no matter how well you take care of the apartment. While the locati
