The Manhattan on the River Apartments

I’ve had such a great experience with Manhattan on the River Apartments! The location truly cannot be beat and everyone who works in the leasing office and maintenance is amazing! I also can’t say enough good things about Hayley, our resident specialist. From the very beginning, she has been incredibly responsive, professional, and kind. She always gets back to me quickly, answers every question thoroughly, and genuinely goes above and beyond to help with anything I need. The leasing process felt smooth and stress-free because of her!!

We were here for 2 years and we absolutely loved it here! They all made us feel so welcome and most importantly they were so welcoming to our dogs! It is hard to find a place that are so kind towards pet owners. They always had so many activities planned. The staff both in the front office and the maintenance team were amazing with us. We we are sad we had to leave but have nothing but great things to say about all of them. Thank you for being an amazing place to live! Highly suggest this complex!

We just renewed our lease (going on our second year) and we couldn’t be happier. The property is well maintained, maintenance staff is prompt and efficient, and management is always ready to help. Everyone we have encountered has been nothing but kind. Located in a great spot, super close to downtown but also gives you a relaxing feel- you don’t have to worry about excessive noise or traffic. I would definitely recommend checking out Manhattan on the River if you’re searching for an apartment!

I have enjoyed living at The Manhattan on the River Apartments!! The staff were wonderful during every step of the application process including a guided tour, and have remained great during my lease with the apartment complex! They are always engaged with the apartment community and are always planning thoughtful events to make living here even more enjoyable. Amenities are very cool and modern! The maintenance crew are very knowledgeable and helpful as well. The phone apps that are used for residents are very convenient and user-friendly. Great location with immaculate views and a very walkable location! I would recommend this apartment complex to anybody seeking a living space!!

We have lived here for over 4yrs, and we’d stay for 40 more! The PM & APM are always amazing. They take great care of their residents and the property. They get involved with the local community and neighborhoods when they have events, and it’s just great to see that!! Living here has been a pleasant experience and I know I can count on the maintenance team as well as the office if, and when it’s needed. 10/10 would recommend!! 😊 Plus, we’re so close the literally everything!!!!!!!!!!!!
