The Malad Apartments

The move in process was seamless and there was plenty of assistance when needed. They were able to accommodate my need for a hard connection to the modem. The apartment is clean and it's quiet. I am very pleased with my experience at The Malad Apartments thus far. Thanks for all of your assistance!!

Calvin was prompt in his response to you when inquiring about an apartment, he’s easy going and works with you to get your own place! He was helpful throughout the entire process. He was kind to work with my credit and to help me to get into an apartment of my own!

I put in an application and a couple hours later was called and told we were approved. We went out and looked at some of the units, went over everything, and was given the price. Then called again 5 hours later and told I would have to pay an additional months rent in the amount of 850.00 plus first month and a deposit equal to first month plus 300 for move in non-refundable plus another 500. Don't rent here they will scam you out of money.
