My time at this apartment was SO frustrating. Upon moving in, my window was broken (never got fixed the duration of my lease) and my washer/dryer were also broken. After months of constantly emailing and calling they finally fixed the washer/dryer. The leasing specialist and the maintenance men will give you conflicting information. The leasing office NEVER answers the phone. I never once had a chance to speak to the property manager, until I moved out. She will email back but since I’ve moved out she has been replying less and less frequently since I want my deposit refund back. It has been over a month since it was supposedly mailed out. I would save yourself the headache and find another place to rent! The price they charge for the quality of the apartment and overall environment is wa

My experience at this place was horrible. It's definitely not luxurious living. For the year I was there I've been in two different apartments due to issues with the apartments. First apartment supposed to be newly renovated. So the first apartment had water issues coming from neighbors apartment and shower leaking thu the ceiling from upstairs, Electrical panel in kitchen sparking and only half the kitchen was working then they didnt fix it just removed a braker in the panel and took it from my living room witch resulted on only half my living room having power. Then I had no heat two weeks in December when we had that cold spell. Then had Termites eating thu the walls. Witch resulted me having to switch units. Then last minute move had to clean my own apartment before move in and then w

Management insists that all communication remain private, yet they consistently ignore emails. They selectively respond to messages while leaving others unanswered for weeks. If privacy is their expectation, then basic engagement is the bare minimum. I have documented proof of multiple unanswered emails showing a clear pattern of avoidance. Maintenance visits were a complete waste of time. Every time maintenance entered our apartment, nothing was actually repaired. We dealt with serious unresolved maintenance issues for months. The garbage disposal was broken since November, and the shower was nonfunctional for over two months. Each time we asked for updates, we were told the manager needed to speak with upper management. No follow ups. No timelines. Not even courtesy updates. This is n

whatever you do do not live here!! Me and my boyfriend moved in October 2024 and just moved out this past October. Our list of grievances is too long to include in full here, but I’ll include some of the major highlights. Our first red flag was that after putting down a deposit for an apartment management reached out and told us that they had accidentally given our apartment to someone else. We were set to move in only a couple of days and had no alternative option. They offered us a different layout for more money boasting that it was newly renovated with a washer and dryer and all new appliances. Upon move in there was no stove, no microwave, no oven and no washing machine/dryer. The only things that were ready were the refrigerator and the dishwasher (the dishwasher didn’t even work an

My name is Keisha Moultrie I live in a townhouse here and it’s horrible. I’ve been here for almost a year and my downstairs roof is literally caving in and leaks. I’ve had to cut my water off upstairs and there is now holes in my ceiling as well. I’ve reached out to The office multiple times and have gotten no where. They will send someone out and tell me that they’ll be back and NEVER come back. Almost a year later and nothing! Do NOT stay here. It’s horrible. They will not fix anything.
