The Madrid

I recently moved into these apartments and so far, it has been a very good community to live in. The grounds are consistently well-kept and clean, which definitely makes coming home a pleasant experience. A special note about the staff: they are absolutely phenomenal. Whenever I have needed anything, it seems I just need to stop into the office or call, and they are always very attentive and helpful. I currently have no issues or problems to report and everything has been running smoothly since I arrived. As I am still a new move-in, I will certainly update this review in the future to reflect my long-term experience here. I look forward to settling in!

Hello to the team at the company that owns the Madrid Property at 2711 Trinity Bend Circle, Arlington, TX 76006, It has truly been a pleasure having Shannon Oswalt as the property manager at Madrid. I have lived in the same apartment here since 1999 and have seen many property managers come and go, but Shannon has truly taken her role to an exceptional level. Her dedication to the residents is remarkable, she has always been readily available to assist with all kinds of requests, including those unique maintenance issues that fall outside the usual procedures. Beyond her professionalism, Shannon’s warmth and genuine care shine through. She consistently made time to engage with residents, whether to discuss important matters or just to share a friendly conversation. I sincerely hope that

I wanted to share my experience with the office staff n maintenance crew here at the property. I have been here since may of twenty twenty four and have had nothing but positive experiences with the maintenance staff and especially the office staff. Although Shannon, the old manager has moved on. She and oscar made a great team. Oscar is a very down to earth person that heart shows on his collar He is very attentive to details and personable with residence. And potential residence. Shannon is an animal lover especially dogs. She kept treats in her drawer for the dolls that would come in, that would want treats. There is a new manager by the name of pam. She seems to be a well organized person with. Hey let's get done type attitude. My experience overall, here. It has being a very good one.

I believe The Madrid as a place to live is underrated. The property is always clean and quiet, and I never had any issues with neighbors. I also never encountered any dog waste around my apartment, which speaks to how well the community is maintained. Parking was also never a problem. Shannon and Oscar were always available and helpful whenever I needed anything. Shannon, in particular, is really sweet but also knows how to keep things under control and hold people responsible, which makes the community feel well-managed. The maintenance team was prompt, and I was never left waiting for service. Honestly, I have a hard time finding anything critical to say about my experience here. If it’s within your budget, I would definitely recommend this community as a place to live.

Great place! The reviews is first what drew me in to take a tour. Ive been looking for a safe and clean space to call home & the amenities here checked all my needs for my family. Their assistant manager- Oscar, was very helpful and professional. He answered all my questions and has helped address all of my needs from the application and throughout the move in process.
