The Madison of Tyler Apartment Homes

I’ve been apartment living for 5 years and this one is hands down the best. It’s been affordable for my budget which is a huge plus and there’s no hidden fees that pop up and scare you. The ladies who work the office are very nice and professional. Julie, Isabella, Misty, and Courtney are more than welcoming and they help make everything just light and easy. My girlfriend and I have been here for about 8 months so far and we don’t have any complaints. The maintenance crew does a good job and they work fast. The other tenants who live here are always keeping the apartments lively by either being at the pool, pickleball courts, or just doing some walks/runs around. Definitely would recommend to anyone for who wants a nice quality apartment with a safe and healthy environment!

We lived at The Madison Apartments for three years and had absolutely no issues the entire time. The property is always clean, well-maintained, and continuously updated. I am in the process of moving out and thought I’d share my experience so far. Upon move in, the staff was super friendly and welcoming. They were a great help in getting my “resident” account setup and making it feel like home. I loved the variety of leasing options they offer for short term or long term. Throughout my 13 months as a resident, I enjoyed everything The Madison has to offer. The playground for my daughter, the pool area, the gym, the outdoor grills, the dog park etc. They have always done a great job keeping the property very clean and do an even better job making the property feel like home to all.
