The Madison

I was a resident of The Madison from 2024–2025, and my experience was so bad that I ultimately decided to buy a house instead. We knew there was construction next door and, having lived in big cities, were prepared for some noise. But this was on another level. Some mornings, the crew would start drilling at 5 a.m.. On top of the noise, they took over the parking garage for loading and unloading materials, which meant the entrance was blocked every single day. They would manually operate the garage doors, causing them to jam or stay open a major security concern. Like other residents, I also had two flat tires. I toured the Madison yesterday and found exactly what I wanted! Wesley Angel, the property manager, had all the patience in the world and showed me multiple units and let me repeat the ones I wanted to see again. He was very knowledgeable and made it a great experience for us! Looking forward to living there!

Wesley was fantastic to work with. He gave us a great tour, answered every question patiently, and made us feel confident about our decision to lease here. His professionalism and attention to detail truly stood out. We really appreciated his support.

I was one of the very first residents to move into The Madison last year — I believe the third or fourth — and I truly could not have made a better choice. From day one, the team has been exceptional. Nicole, Justin, Drew, Raina, Wesley, and especially Heather have created such a smooth and welcoming experience. Heather is easily one of the most thoughtful and attentive property managers I have ever had. Anita also deserves a special mention. She keeps the building in pristine condition, and her consistency and attention to detail make such a difference. Every space feels clean, polished, and cared for, and it even smells amazing every time you walk through the doors. They truly take pride in every detail here. Unfortunately, my opinions on The Madison have drastically changed since moving in; so, consider this an honest review as I have lived here for about 6 months now. When we moved here, we were so excited as The Madison seems incredibly charming with lots of amenities, and also Wesley was our main POC initially and he was and still is amazing and so helpful. However, we are now dealing with not just a little bit of construction that "may obstruct our window view," which was warned after we were fully moved in and settled (about 2 months later), but DAILY almost 5-8 hours of the parking garage alarm going off, drilling which sounds like a drill is going to come straight through our floor, all 4 of my tires needing replaced due to nails from the construction work, no response from upper manage
