The Madison at Ballston Station

I have lived at n Madison at Ballston Station for almost four years. During this time, I transferred apartments three times, and throughout each move, the experience was smooth and well supported. I would like to sincerely thank all the staff for being generous, friendly, and welcoming. I especially appreciate Paula, Marianna, Josefina, and the maintenance team for their consistent professionalism and kindness. One of the things I value most is the neighborhood. The community is friendly and pleasant, and even though I am living far from my home country, I feel safe and comfortable here. I also truly appreciate the dog-friendly environment and facilities. We lived in the same third-floor unit at 4401 for three years. For the first two years, we had no issues with our upstairs neighbor. However, during our final year, new tenants moved in above us and the situation became extremely disruptive. There was constant loud stomping and heavy walking to the point that our windows would shake. Noise frequently continued well past quiet hours-often until midnight, 3:00 AM, and sometimes as early as 4:00 AM. This included jumping, excessive noise, and loud gatherings late at night. We contacted the leasing office repeatedly throughout the year to report the issue. Each time, we were told management was “looking into it,” but no meaningful action was taken. If this review were based on the people alone, I would honestly give this place 20 out of 5 stars. The leasing team has been unbelievably kind, welcoming, and supportive. Maintenance is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares. The community itself is warm and respectful, and since moving in I’ve felt very welcomed. Everything about the people here has been amazing. Unfortunately, there is one major issue that significantly impacts quality of life: the building infrastructure on the top floor. There is a loud, disruptive low-frequency vibration that comes from the rooftop HVAC systems. It is especially noticeable in colder weather and whenever the systems are cycling frequently, and it can be heard and felt throughout the apartment, particularly in the living room and bedroom areas

I love living at the Madison, great people and a wonderful community with access and convenience to grocery, parks and recreation and family entertainment all in walking distance. Great neighbors and staff and a good place for families.

There is a nice sense of community here. There is always something going on provided by the community which is very kid friendly and I have had really positive experiences with Bri, who has always been helpful, honest and personable, Mariana’s work ethic is stellar. I initially had a few hiccups with my unit when I moved in, but the team and service manager Marcus, addressed them and it’s been a good experience. There is a farmers market right next to the complex at Lubber Run every Saturday which is a plus!
