Experience started decent, until the side gate scrapped my car and I asked what could be done and they said nothing, they pointed to a sign that could easily be missed and a lease term that is buried in fine print, the hallway smells like weed daily, and when I was caught vaping on the balcony I got my first written lease violation and was told I wasn’t going to able to renew. If I had sparked up in my room like the rest I would have been a model tenant, but the desire to not have my room smell like vape juice was apparently my downfall. The staff has a weird resentful and pretentious attitude, like you’re lucky they allowed you in their building. My experience with apartment life has been great and it’s all thanks to Alyssa. Not only does she throw amazing events to help bring all residents closer and make them feel valued, she also has looked out for me individually. She did not hesitate to buy off my registry for my first baby without me even asking. She also was so accommodating while I was out of town by picking up and holding my packages for me until I got back. I could not ask for a better person to be in control of apartment life and the Maddox family is truly lucky to have her!

I would like to express my profound dissatisfaction with my experience living in this community. The glass in the apartments is extremely thin, allowing not just drafts but also noise to penetrate seamlessly. Every single day since moving in, I've struggled to get a good night's sleep due to the incessant barking of dogs that are left in the courtyard. From 5 to 7 AM, it is nothing short of deafening, making it unbearable to wake up to. Despite my complaints to the management, who assured me they would address the issue, nothing has been done. If you're seeking a place where you can rest peacefully, I strongly advise against renting an apartment here. Bought a Tesla, and in 6 months the complex assisted me in causing over $1000 of damages on my car through collisions and gate damage, do they help you when your car is messed up? NO, they look at you like a fool for expecting that the people who spent millions creating the complex should have a recourse for their tenants who pay $16,000 on a yearly basis

Not a friendly place to ask questions or get help, seems like a for profit only company with no morals or ethics. Company policy dictates everything, would not recommend. People are paying you money every month and you get nothing in return except dysfunctional policies.
