My A/C went out in my unit and was told someone would come to fix it. I called and called and left messages for the office and maintenance letting them know my apartment was beyond hot and needed to be fixed because I have a French Bulldog that can get over heated and not only that my family was also hot. He was a service dog and was listed as one. I was told someone was coming at first which gave me hope and then was told after my best friend died I have to wait I’m on a waiting list. He was 5 years old I protected him from all the outside elements just for him to die from being inside. I haven’t felt pain like this in a long time losing him. RUNNNN!!!! Don’t walk ! This place is hell… listen to the reviews please don’t try to see for yourself. I moved in these apartments on 2/2/2026 on 2/11/2026 a large RAT ran across my feet inside of my apartment. I was hysterical because I had never seen a rat up close I immediately went to the front office to complain and the office manager had the audacity to tell me to calm down. I’ll calm down when she’s living with rats. A little over a week and I’m never going back to the apartment I’m hoping that when ever we go to court the judge sees that I should not have been having to live in such a unclean and unhealthy living environment. Please don’t start me on the parking….another nightmare. Poop galore cat…rat… dog you name. This whole experience is something I wish I could wake up from

0 stars would not recommend to anyone unless you’re an attorney looking for a payout. These apartments are disgusting. Roaches always in all common areas and a rodent problem as well as hundreds of stray cats with fleas and mange that live on the property. I have a newborn and my dog was with my parents states away for months when I suddenly got a massive flea infestation, my dog is on prevention always and never had fleas. Management said it’s not their problem so we paid $300 for pest control and paid for hotels until it was under control. The fleas always show up despite doing our absolute best, they come inside on shoes, legs, and likely from neighboring units. The plague still exists and this company treats their tenants health with 0 regard. Water will be shut off for a day typically

STAY AWAY. There are massive roaches, mice running around and flies coming from the drains in the apartment. Hot water is never consistent. Hallways always smell like something is rotting.

I lived here last summer and now have returned for a new lease. Last summer was exceptional, no issues I can recall. I moved into a clean apartment and it seems very quiet. I find the location very convenient and rent is affordable for the area. The office staff especially Dianna have been helpful and professional.
