The Loop at Wedgewood

The Loop at Wedgewood has been a genuinely great place to live, but what really makes it feel like a community is the effort the team puts into bringing people together. A huge part of that is Jamiany as she has been absolutely amazing with the resident events she’s hosted. You can tell she actually cares. The events are fun, well-organized, and thoughtful, and they’ve made it so much easier to meet neighbors and feel connected instead of just “living in the same building.” I’m also really glad David found and hired her. The two of them together are a perfect team being organized, approachable, and consistently showing up for residents. Honestly, they remind me of Leah and Angie when I first moved here: that same welcoming energy, that same “We’ve got you” vibe, and the kind of teamwork t

It’s quiet. The grounds are well maintained. And we get a food truck on premises every other week. Close to everything 👍🏽👍🏽💯

I went to request info, Jamiany is awesome! she's very kind and nicely explain me everything, did a tour with her and show me around, This is the kind of customer service every complex needs. She need a nice raise for sure Thank you Jamiany!

I lived here for a little over two years and it was great. I especially loved how quiet it was, and how the staff seem to know everyone. Maintenance, when needed was professional but still warm. I only moved because of a home purchase

I’m finishing my lease up at The Loop at Wedgewood and have nothing but praise for the leasing team and complex! Angela and Leah are phenomenal, they make you feel right at home and are so kind and supportive when it comes to the leasing process and anything related to your apartment. The location is perfect, close to major restaurants and stores but tucked away in a quiet, charming, and safe area. The apartments are cozy and get great lighting and feel super at home. The units do have washer and dryer hookups but no washer/dryer included, and my unit did not have fans built into the ceiling, but overall I have loved my time here and would definitely be renewing my lease if I wasn’t moving for work!
