I would stay away from this place if possible. I’ve never lived in an apartment complex that felt this much like a dorm. They will fine you for almost anything they decide is a violation. I was almost fined for leaving a few dishes in my sink when they did pet control. I was also almost fined for putting an old desk next to the dumpster. They figured it was me by checking surveillance cameras. My neighbor was fined for having a kayak on his balcony, and before you ask, it wasn’t an eyesore and wasn’t bothering anyone. Most of the positive reviews mention Rosa. She absolutely deserves the praise because she is great. But actually living here has not been a good experience. It’s already not the nicest-looking place, and it gets worse when management is constantly patrolling and harassing r

I reached out to try to get lease an apartment and I dealt with Kira. I made it clear that I was in quite a hurry to lease considering my situation. There was no empathy regarding the situation, no urgency, and no desire to contact me regarding any further details regarding the apartment I applied for. In my opinion, very unprofessional. Anytime I would call she seemed to have had an attitude towards me for calling to gain an update or she would allow her colleague Tj to answer the phone for her. I waited around for 3 full days and no update regarding an approval. I called another local apartment and they were able to lease me an apartment SAME DAY. All in all, again, very unprofessional.

Be warned. The loop will fine you for anything and they will break the lease themselves by making up a rule that is not in the lease. They will also notify you on something and to respond in the next 24 hours.. 10 minutes after they close. So you send an email and they say you did not comply as they did not get the email until 2 days later and fine you again. They will be fake nice and do everything in their power to make your life harder. The paint is disgusting and looks dirty in a week, they are highly prone to mold, and then blame you for it. Less than a month after living here. The stairs had dangerous nails sticking out and they ignored me. Had to take it into my own hands. Equipment was constantly breaking. My AC broke almost 6 times during the summer. Roaches were never ending. I

Very extreme towing practices. During the application process, we paid hundreds of dollars for move in “fees,” but there was no security deposit required. Was sent a very steep surprise bill over four months after we moved out. Our unit was very clearly not cleaned and not checked for repairs when we moved in. Take lots of pictures upon move in if you decide to live here. Pests are expected with any old rental in Denton, but our unit was extremely roach infested from the get go. Pest control came regularly, but we saw little change. There was a near constant humidity in the unit for whatever reason, which maintenance didn’t know how to fix.
