The Lofts on St. Louis

I was a resident at the Lofts on St Louis for over a year and I really loved my time here. The only reason I moved out was because I moved across the country for work. I always felt safe here, it’s very quiet and it’s extremely close and convenient to literally everything. If you ever have any maintenance issues, they are quick to fix them. Very cute open layout. Would definitely recommend

I have been a tenant here for about nine months and it truly is the best place I have ever lived. They take care of you here - Any maintenance request is answered almost immediately. They keep the property clean, take care of the bugs, etc. It does not get any better. The management is incredible and professional. Do yourself a favor and choose to lease here!

I have been a tenant with O'Fallon Properties for 3+ years. The Team at O'Fallon Properties always hit the mark! I love living here. Maintinence team 10/10. Management team 10/10. If there is ever a need, they are on it.

The Lofts on St. Louis is the perfect choice. Definitely one of the best choices I have made when moving to Tulsa. The quality of the apartments is great and continually being up kept. Everything is fixed in a timely manner. As well, one of my favorite things is that it is close to Cherry Street and UTICA square (restaurants/coffee shops/shopping), Downtown (bars), and other necessity stores (Walgreens, UPS, and more).

Great location, great landlord, great price. Lived here for two years and never had any issues.
