The Lofts of Conroe

Horrible experience here. Management changed constantly and there’s not a leasing office or maintenance team so you feel alone with any issues you have. Grounds are not kept. elevator was always disgusting I had to clean it myself when I had company over because I was embarrassed. HORRIBLE ROACH INFESTATION that never ended no matter how clean I kept my unit they were coming out do the sockets!! To top it off I paid a $1000 deposit. I cleaned that apartment deeply, received a letter saying my refund would be sent, and never got it. The management changed again in the mix up. Got in contact with previous company and they told me to speak to the owner. He refused to respond to my calls and voicemails. The current leasing office was also unhelpful so I got screwed out of my $1000.

My apartment at The Lofts at Conroe is an absolute gem! The open floor plan and huge windows make my space feel so bright and welcoming. I love being just a short walk from downtown Conroe's restaurants and live music spots. The staff is super responsive, always addressing my questions quickly, which makes living here a breeze.

Amazing! They have been so awesome and helpful during my time with them. The property as a whole is always so well kept and very clean. All of the staff are very friendly, from front office to maintenance! Moving here has truly been a blessing.

The apartments fit what we needed exactly. Good apartments in a midsize complex (not one of those massive apartment buildings), good location close to restaurants and shops, and not a far drive to the Woodlands, Houston, walking trails or the Lake.

I love living here and can’t say enough good things about the management company. They’re always helpful and made moving in a totally smooth process. The apartments are large and beautiful. My pets and daughter and I are all so happy here!
