The Lofts at Saratoga Blvd

I cannot recommend the Lofts enough! Amazing units, great on-site amenities (pool, hot tub, golf simulator, etc) and top notch staff! Annemarie and Joe in office were so easy to work with and very responsive of requests. Shane in maintenance was also quick to respond to any issues that came up.

I pay a rent of +$2000 / month to be discriminated against for my neurological disability. This threatens my safety as a disabled tenant, who like all tenants, has the same right to live, and live in comfort. My rent payment is higher than the value I am given, and I face disability discrimination on top of that. Poor investment.

Beautiful apartments... But if you have a dog and/or like to walk around a lot good luck. When it snows i've never seen a property completely turn into a bed of pure ice, maintenance will salt the day of storms but after that please be prepared to be slipping and sliding and falling everywhere you go. More can, should, and NEEDS to be done about this issue. I've had delivery drivers fall and complain on 3-4 occasions. The grounds simply aren't safe in the winter to walk around on, be wary.

After years of looking at the lofts we finally moved here in July. I can’t say enough about how wonderful and beautiful our 2 bedroom loft is and how we constantly feel like we are in a resort. The grounds are gorgeous, the people are friendly and we are so close to so many things there is no reason to ever be bored. We LOVE it here ! Thanks the management and maintenance this place is truly a haven and a beautiful community !

Love living here! The maintenance staff is top notch. Jaime came in the middle of the night twice to deal with a situation with nothing but a smile on. Couldn’t ask for better service!
