The Lofts at City Centre

I have lived at the Lofts/Domain since 2018. City. It truly is a beautiful place to live. The management has been there for me through everything from the pandemic to the ice freeze and many more. It’s always very quiet. The grounds are always clean. Maintenance is really fast and nice. The grounds in and outward are always updated. Including the new vehicle gate that was established a few years back. From the great Deals you get from shopping and restaurants. To the home cleaning discount with spruce the new living style application. New smart door thermostat controlled from your phone. The luxury pool, cardio room, business room, clubhouse, gardening, business sound isolation pods. Don’t forget the wall climb as well. I love this place!

Overall this is a nice place to live. The neighborhood is nice with plenty of places to eat and hangout. The apartment is nice as well, but the appliances are old and seem dated. The washer and dryer work, but it takes 4 cycles to get anything dry which drives up my electric bill. I moved into the Lofts east building in February 2025. When I moved in one of the elevators was not working. They did fix it but then the second elevator broke within a week and has been broken since. So the entire time I have lived here only one elevator has been working. I also don't know if the floors are super thin or if I just have extremely loud neighbors above me that stomp, run and jump all the time because I hear them ALL day. Been living here since 2021. Great place to live. City centre environment is second to none so that just adds to the great amenities that The Domain already provides. Friendly staff and the nicest maintenance workers who always come for the littlest things at the drop of a dime. We get discounts at most of the city centre establishments and every once in a while they would bring a food truck partnering with small local businesses. Definitely would recommend a family or friend to live here!!

It’s been frustrating working with this property management team. My parking spot is assigned to the rooftop with a fire hose occupying about one foot in length. It’s been 6 months since I moved in and I’ve been following up with the agent and the assistant manager every month to get a better parking spot. Every single time they’ll say they’re working on auditing the parking spots, and they will follow up with me, and I hear nothing from them. They don’t have a general queue that any agent can pick up your request to work on things. If you have been contacting one person, that person is your whole hope. You wish you get a responsible one first. And when that person is out of the office, the office just tells you to wait until the person is back. I really hope their process can improve as

BEWARE: Living in the East Building, toward the side of the street that the Mexican restaurant is on, you will not get good sleep. Almost every single night, businesses hire delivery drivers to load/unload supplies in the wee hours of the morning (3:00 am). Either that, or they hire dumpsters to load up trash. There are also fancy loud cars that decide to have car meet ups on that street in the middle of the night. If you value your sleep, do not decide to move into an apartment on this side of the East building. This issue wasn't disclosed to me. There is no way other tenants have not complained about this.
