The Lofts

We moved to the Lofts in September but lived here for a year in 2017. I guess that's saying something when you move back to the same apartment complex you lived at before! We love it here. There's a real sense of community which is what I lacked and craved in the past. There's an abundance of shops and restaurants, parks and libraries in the neighboring towns of Dobbs Ferry and Hastings and let's not forget the South County Trail right behind the complex which has been nothing short of spectacular this Fall season! I've attached a photo of the view of the trail from our bedroom window. You're also located in one of the best school districts living here in Ardsley. We moved into the Lofts a month ago, our first time living in an apartment since we bought a house over 50 years ago. Michelle, Susan and David have been absolutely wonderful. The apartment itself suits us perfectly and having the fitness center on our floor is incredibly convenient. The neighbors are friendly and we look forward to participating in all the community activities. Having moved from a house, it's also great having our own storage space in the garage. The high ceilings and almost floor to ceiling windows bring in a tremendous amount of light so it's always bright and cheery even on cloudy days. The proximity to all kinds of shopping and restaurants is tremendously convenient. We are just delighted that we made this move.

I have been living at The Lofts for just over a month and am loving it. The apartments are beautiful and spacious with every modern convenience. The staff is incredible and always available to help out. Carlos is amazing and is the best building superintendent that I have ever had. The grounds are lovely and everything is kept very neat and clean. There is a great garage under the building. There are also washers and dryers in every apartment. My neighbors could not be nicer. Everyone is friendly. I highly recommend looking into the Lofts if you are interested in moving to this area.

I have lived at the Lofts at Saw Mill now for about 4 months. After living in a private home for the past 30 years, I was concerned about apartment life. I am very pleased to say that apartment life at the Lofts has been excellent. Nicole and Vlad are always available and incredibly responsive. The property is beautifully maintained, the common space in the buildings and the garages are spotless, any minor issues we have had were immediately addressed, and the neighbors are quiet and friendly. All in all, an outstanding experience.

One year ago I moved into The Lofts, and it’s been an absolute pleasure living here - despite the pandemic! Initially, I was drawn to the bright, open spaces with high ceilings and huge windows, the intelligently designed layout with ample closet space, and an upscale kitchen with everything you need. Then there’s the easy access to the South County Trail, stunning landscaping, and plentiful parking. Now, I am staying because of the excellent service from an extremely responsive management team and staff who proactively address ongoing maintenance issues, promptly respond to specific maintenance requests, and consistently go out of their way to make living here easy. After 40 years of home ownership, apartment living at The Lofts has exceeded my expectations. -Beverly Shipko
