The Lodge on Broadway

Was not a good first place to move too in Tyler. There is bugs, rats, and moldy apartments there. Maintenance only patches things never fix the problem. Apartment 147 I advised no one move in there it floods badly...b4 anyone move in there they need to fix plumbing

🚨STAY AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS ❗️ I recently spent some time at The Lodge on Broadway, and I have to say, my experience was quite disappointing. From the start, it felt like tenant care was far from their priority all they cared about was money. The management seems to operate on a “take it or leave it” attitude, which isn’t what anyone hopes for when moving into a new place. Whenever issues arose like maintenance requests or simple questions responses were slow and often unhelpful. It felt like they were more focused on filling up apartments than actually taking care of the people living there. Additionally, It gave the impression that they just don’t care about creating a comfortable living environment.They don’t care about the health of their tenants I’ve told and told verbally and p

This place is disgusting. Before move in, it was stated that the apartment had been sprayed 2 times this week for bugs. However, on move in there were roaches all over the ceiling, floor, builtins, baseboards and toilet. The roaches were alive: Running and even mating. I have multiple pictures. We are thankful that the rent payment was returned but the manager decided to keep the $400 deposit after being told both would be returned.

I took the time to read the reviews and I said it couldn't be that bad BOY WAS I WRONG. The Lodge on Broadway is very deceiving if you look at the front of the building, lush green grass, chairs to sit out front and look at the traffic going back and forth on Broadway. But once you drive by the dumpsters and through the gate it's a totally different view. I live there 1 year and I loved my apartment except for the HORDE OF ROACHES. YES they spray monthly but I the exterminator what he use and do he ever change what he uses and he said no, I pulled out my jug of Orthro Home Defense he told me not to mix the two so I told him that he and his spray can exit through the door and never come back. Me spraying consistently helped but those roaches were gangster hood roaches. Let's talk about me

⚠️THEY HAVE BED BUGS ⚠️. Way to expensive for all the broken toilets and door nobs and the roaches at night are no joke. They want 1337$ to move in no joke and they won't fix anything for you. The lodge apartments count your days because I'm reporting yall to the BBB. For substandard maintenance infestations and bad service
