I had a great experience while touring this apartment community with Andy Benavides. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional and very knowledgeable. Andy took the time to answer all my questions and made the entire process feel relaxed and informative. The community itself is beautiful, clean and well maintained and the apartment layouts are spacious and designed well. I was especially impressed with the amenities and overall atmosphere. Andy, I appreciate the attention to detail and the care shown by you and the team. I would highly recommend The Lodge at Spring Shadows to anyone looking for a new place to call home.
I seriously can’t say enough amazing things about this community and the incredible team behind it!! From the very moment I walked in, it was obvious how much pride the staff takes in keeping everything running smoothly. The property is always clean, well-maintained, and welcoming—you can truly feel the difference when a team genuinely cares about what they do! Huge shoutout to the new manager, Andy, and the entire leasing and maintenance team for their outstanding work ethic and dedication. It shows everywhere you look! The office hours posted on the website, Google listing, and the actual office building say that on Saturdays the office is open from 10am to 5pm, but when we showed up for a tour at 3 the office was obviously completely closed for the day with no signage to indicate why. When I called the property, their AI bot was completely unhelpful and provided a number that was out of service. My husband and I were really excited for our tour but this has put us off... especially considering that the responses on all the reviews are clearly written by AI.
I have been living at The Lodge for over 6 months now have been very happy here. Maintenance requests are always initially addressed within 24 hours. The maintenance crew are all friendly, especially my main man, Stephen. He is the best! The office staff have always been kind and professional. The security services are very appreciated, and I believe they greatly impact the low crime I have seen since moving here. The Lodge employs a doggy service which comes once a week to maintain the cleanup stations and help pickup after those tenants who shirk their own cleanup duty (shame on you!). Update: Andy, the property manager is extremely condescending and unprofessional. Instead of calling me, he decided to leave a nasty response basically accusing me of being incompetent. Per the photo of my thermostat it was NOT SET TO FAN AND IT WAS OFF. The vent was literally blowing HOT air when the unit was OFF. That’s why I took the photo! Secondly, I was dialing the correct number (per my photos) and as I told him, I kept getting an error message that the phone was not in service. Don’t ever try to discredit me because I will always have receipts! Do better or let Juan take your place since he seems to be more customer friendly. Had no issues here until the new property management took over. Can’t even get service requests taken care of. They mark it resolved and don’t do anything.
