The Lodge at Napa Junction

This place is ridiculous DO NOT MOVE HERE AT ALL. I moved here in November and I spend 2 weeks here and 2 weeks in Los Angeles. If you’re a pretty girl do not move here the jealous women will complain about noises you make when you’re not even in the apartment. The women in the office are uneducated about the law and will try to evict you when you pay the rent on time. But they don’t know who they are messing with, having over 200k followers across many social media platforms they all with me FIRED . VERONICA RODRIGUEZ (Property manager) & CARLA HART (Regional Manager) . Tread lightly before moving into these apartments. 0 stars for these haters

I’ve lived at The Lodge for a little over a year now and I’m really grateful to have found this place. The office staff are AMAZING. This property is really big and has a lot of amenities. There’s a park with a large field for kids (and pets) to run and play; a pool area with a hot tub and bbq grills, and a gym too! There’s a bunch of other stuff like garages you can rent and a mailroom with package lockers you can sign up for as well. This property is great for people with dogs of all sizes as well. I decided to upload some pictures of my apartment so you can better gauge the size of a 2x2 unit that has stuff in it. This place is great! I’d recommend this place to everyone.

Best Apartment complex ever lived in! Friendly tenants. Considerate Management. Well maintained garden with flowering bushes and plants (not sterile). Best part of the complex is the green grass for tenants to use for leisure without any condescending signage. Children and family are constantly found outdoors in the playground and grassy area, a sure sign of being safe and comfortable. The gazebo at the far end is another opportunity for working or spending a quiet time on the phone. Best of all is the doggie play times of the grass. We need more of such friendly atmosphere for family!

Based off these reviews, the place is greedy and doesn’t care. I’m guessing that’s why today, several people pet and passed by a one eyed pregnant cat. Based on how comfortable the cat was I’m sure it frequents that place. Maybe for strays the complex doesn’t care. But I feel like a one eyed pregnant cat could become an issue. If the maintenance was more people oriented and caring, they’d help. But I can see it’s solely and ONLY based on money. I tried for 2 hours to get the cat because I watched with my own eyes maintenance, random tenants, and kids just PASS it. I’m not God or a professional home buyer, but the way people treat animals especially ones in need, says a lot about their character as a human being.
