I’ve been here for almost two years. I have been waiting for almost a year for someone to repair the water damaged wall in my restroom since hurricane Harvey happened. There is mole at the top of my shower that they only come to wash off. The roaches are ridiculous no matter how much I spray or bomb the place. I would not recommend this place unless they tear it down and start over.

There are little cockroaches but the place is nice and apartments are pretty from inside. The lady’s in the office are nice 👍🏻

Tammy, the VP of the company that runs this complex is so rude!!! She actually told me to shutup today. What great customer service huh? My car was towed and when I tried to tell her the wording was misunderstude on the letter the complex sent she told me to seek legal action. I hung up upset. Less then 5 minutes later someone else called and released my car. I guess she reread the letter and knew she's a fool!!! It not just that, I pay for trash service but the dumpsters are always over stuffed. This place is just nasty. I know it's easy to complain but look at the whole community before you lease, not just the path they take you during the tour.

If I could give this place a 0 star I would. Worse place to stay at. 1st of all maintenance is horrible. I already been here for 5 months and they still haven't fix some issues with the apartment that they gave us like that. Second the guy in the office named Bobby the worse person ever to have there. Always giving people attitudes and bad tempers. They should literally find some one with better customer service cause his is below 0. Don't move here!!!!
