The Lockwood

I have lived at Lockwood Apartments for six years, and in the past there were multiple problems. Since the current manager took over, he has worked very hard to solve as many issues as possible, including the parking situation. He is professional, respectful, and always willing to help residents. I truly appreciate the positive changes he has brought to Lockwood Apartments and his commitment to making it a better community.

Greissy has an amazing customer service. She’s so knowledgeable about the property and the white oak area.

I feel good about living here. The staff is very good all of them are very nice and helpful.

This is the WORST complex I have ever lived in!!! Do not move here. The mice and roach infestation is absolutely appalling no matter how clean u keep your apartment you are going to have mice and roaches. Instead of taking accountability the rental office will blame you for the pest problem. If you have a maintenance issue it will NEVER get fixed. There is only one maintenance man for the whole complex he will mark your maintenance request as resolved an he hasn’t come to the house at all. And on the rare occasion maintence does show up he comes takes a look says he will b back and never comes back. When you complain about any of this the rental office will act as if it’s your fault. They lied on their website the apartments are OLD as dirt they are not renovated nor is the heating and A/C

Check sprinklers people should not have pets too many suspicious people drugs and beer everywhere install flood lights and hire security
