The Local on Severn

I’ve been living here for about 5 months now and I truly couldn’t be happier! The entire move-in process was smooth and stress-free, and my apartment has been everything I was looking for and more. I haven’t had any issues, and the staff has been absolutely amazing — so friendly, responsive, and welcoming. The location is also perfect — it’s close to everything, including the mall, which makes life so convenient! I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a great place to call home in the area

I can genuinely say I've had a wonderful experience. I've been on the hunt for an apartment that I felt safe in, that would be a quiet environment. Emma has been a fantastic, kind and understanding person. She walked me through the entire process and happily answered any questions I had at any time. She was very knowledgeable and fast-paced with assisting me figure out my options. While on the hunt for an apartment I've had some BAD run ins, felt ignored, appointments canceled and having an immensely hard time just being able to look at the apartments, but not at The Local. They did everything they could to make me feel comfortable joining the community and reached out to me to simply check in. Very kind people. Thank you!

This is my second time coming back to The Local and I love it here. The staff is ver very helpful and very nice. Any concerns they will act on it right away! This was my first apartment and ever since I met Emma she has been my go to for everything and she haven’t let me down. Very peaceful area and it’s close by to everything you in this area.. :)

I already posted my review and somehow mysterious it was deleted. We lived there for almost 3 years. Never had any issues and always paid our rent on time. We had to break our lease because we bought a house and we paid $3000 and also forfeited our security deposit these crooks had the audacity to charge us a $250 cleaning fee because the house was not left in perfect condition although they were planning on remodeling the entire apartment anyways, not only that reaching out to corporate was a joke. Everyone here is extremely unprofessional, and like many of other people have said the water was shut off almost every other week and a lot of the times you were not even notified.

This place is amazing, the security, the staff is always helping you out in all you need, Gema is awesome and friendly always with the best attitude to help you, I just moved in and I’m loving it! 10/10 ✅✅
