The Lively at Antoine

It’s time to share my honest opinion. We have been living in this community for some time now, and it truly feels wonderful to feel at home here. The staff are caring, attentive, and polite! Adelina and Ali have been with us from the very beginning and helped us with absolutely every question we had. The apartments look great both inside and out. The common hallways are always clean, and there’s always plenty of parking available. The property also features a clean swimming pool with a barbecue area and a gym. You can tell the staff take their responsibilities seriously, as everything is clean and well-maintained. It’s a great place to live! The only things we feel are missing are a playground for kids on the property and a punching bag in the gym. Thank you for your attention.

Ms. Daniela, has been so helpful getting me established with SEVERAL APPS I had to download and register She took complete control helping me so much!!! Also, she helped me as I sign and fill out my lease agreement. And on my second day in the office Mrs. Daniela handed me my key fob to my front door. And my mailbox key and my app to access the doors and gates. Also for the 24 hour fitness room. access to the pool Tuesday through Sunday 8:00 till 10:00 p.m. I am so thankful that I had both employees to get me through all the registrations. They so helpful in figuring out issues that we came across. On my first day there I met Mr. Ali was so surprised that I had all my documents was approved with Mr. Carlos help filling out the leasing application and two days later was giving my key fob

Top tier tour and leasing information from Jenny!! It seems like a nice spot. I will consider leasing here, seems like a decent spot to live with reasonable rates, but I can't tell you about what it's like to live here, so please don't take this review like that. Jenny was very professional and helpful and that's why I wanted to leave this review. I don't typically leave these types of reviews just based on a walkthrough, and I thought it was important to highlight her professionalism was top-notch.

Edit: I called 2 days before my move in because I had a package delivered early. I was then told that my lease was not approved even though I got an email saying it was. I done packed up my whole life ready to move and now im waiting on a approval. Im very disappointed lmao now mad I even applied. After reading all the negative comments I was a little scared to even go look but something told me still go anyway. Let me tell you don’t believe them. To my surprise the apartments are new! Ali was amazing and took me to tour a 1b1b he sent me a video of the 2b2b. He told me he didn’t have any ready to tour at the moment, but he could definitely have one ready for me to move into. I’ll let him know what my income was so that I would be able to get the essential housing and I let him know that

A Hidden Gem! This property is exceptionally well taken care of, and my experience here has been nothing short of great. From the leasing agent Veronica, to the manager Ali, and the assistant manager Amelia – the entire team genuinely has your best interests at heart. It’s a peaceful, quiet place to live with friendly neighbors and top-notch amenities. There’s on-site security and no crime, which adds an extra layer of comfort. Truly a gem in every sense!
