The Links at Plum Creek

I’m making this review for Gilbert, who is part of the maintenance crew (not reviewing my overall living experience). We have had several issues with our water, sinks, and laundry machine over the short time we have lived here, and Gilbert has been the first person to really hear me out with my concerns. He makes me feel more comfortable about my home and the company managing it, and when he fixes something , it stays fixed. He even went out of his way to explain exactly what was wrong and why. Truly a great asset to any team and I couldn’t be more thankful.

Michael J. Was great to work with. Professional and friendly throughout. He was patient and listened to our needs and showed me and my wife options that would meet our needs. I work until 5:00pm and was able to meet Michael about 5:30pm at which time he let me tour the apartment option again and then set me up at the computer in the business center staying late while I completed the application. We did lease that apartment and will move in on 02/14/2026. Thanks again Michael for your great help in finding our next place to call home. Dave and Leann Weibel

I am hoping this review reaches the owners of this apartment complex. My girlfriend and I have been trying to get in contact with someone from the leasing office for over two weeks. We have submitted online tickets to their "main" location. We have talked to the live chat agent on the website. We have called office well over 10 different times trying to get information. We have called Zillow and apartments.com to get information but they can also not get a hold of anyone. We have submitted an application for an apartment but have not gotten any response back. They are more than happy to try to charge you over $340 to submit an application but once you do you don't get any sorry of response. This is absolutely ridiculous. From the moment I first connected with them, Chad and Michael went out of their way to make me feel at home. It's clear they genuinely care about the residents—not just in words, but through real action and follow-through. I've been through two property management transitions, and this is the first time that we have had a professional come out to fully address a problem. After issues with our HVAC in August, We have had a smell in our kids bathroom come back again and again. No matter how much we disinfected and even after the maintenance team came out and re caulked the tub, the smell persisted. Unfortunately even after the maintenance team addressed the caulk, they couldn't smell what my kids and I were talking about. Michael took this seriously and contracted out, resolving the issue in the upmost professional way. The professionals found some mold and the wall has been replaced now. The maintenance team will be coming out to address the Vent in the bathroom next to prevent this happening again. Thank you
