The Lillian - 55+ Apartment Community

I've been here 3 years now I love it the maintance man on site tc is great I've had problems with the up stairs leaking down on me .& tc had got right on top of it .he's through he cleaned up the mess got it fixed & even vacumed my floor around the space where the mess was & covered everything doing the sheet rock messes .floor & my furniture around the area that I couldn't move. He's awesome. & I love that we have been getting more activity's from 2 of our residents in charge in here .I've posted how I decorated my little porch area.& my pet. That I can see out side in my bird feeders from my window.its a great place to be.

The Lillian Apartments are never delayed in their maintenance. I've lived in apartments my entire adult life. To have the grounds maintained and repairs so promptly and efficiently care for~~~hats off to The Lillian Apartments!!!!

Nicely maintained, well-managed small complex for 55+ community. Neighbors are quiet, great location! I've lived her for more than a year and I'm very happy here.

My experience has been good and bad. I like my apartment's location. The people around me are considerate. What I don't like is the security here. My neighbor approximately one month ago had her car broken into. About a year ago I was walking downstairs when I saw four teenagers on property about 6:30 in the morning. They saw me and began to approach I retreated back to the apartment fearful, They ran and left. The next day they came back and stole a tenants car. They were arrested and car was found in Kuna. Most of us are seniors and vulnerable, not having good security is the responsibility of the property management co. This has been brought up to the office. PLEASE KEEP US SAFE!!!!!! We also have people on property whom don't belong. People are also parking there cars on red colored cu

My parents were in a horrible position. Kathryn was the most compassionate and caring person I have ever worked with, the front office staff to the guy who helps with maintenance were nothing but wonderful. We needed to secure an apartment as my parents were in the hospital and I living in California had to take care of this it was stressful to say the least. Kathryn made this process easy and the transition was stressless. This complex is wonderful. It feels as though you are in a park. The community is wonderful. Kind, nice and helpful people all around. The price is affordable and it honestly fair. I would recommend this place to anyone who qualifies for a quiet retirement way of living.
