I toured this building with Bertide earlier this week, and let me just say… wow. This place is absolutely stunning. I’m super picky when it comes to cleanliness and amenities, and this building checked every box. It was spotless, beautifully designed, and has that perfect mix of natural light and warm, modern tones that instantly make you feel at home. The gym alone was a must have, it was spacious and genuinely functional. My building tour with Bertide was excellent from start to finish. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the property and all it has to offer, answered every question throughly, and pointed out details I would have otherwise missed. Her professionalism and insight made the entire experience both informative and enjoyable. I left the tour feeling confident and well-informed.

The only stars of this building i can allocate go to the super and the maintenance staff who all do an incredible job to make the building beautiful, thank you to them! The building itself is beautiful and the apartments are nice, but the small details are all overlooked. We were told that they installed high end fridges, but didn’t install water hookups so they don’t produce ice or dispense water, so the “high end” is wasted. They didn’t install vents/fans in any of the kitchens in the building so the apartments fill with smoke and smells without any way of getting them out, which passes through the halls and into everyone’s apartments in the evening if anyone is cooking. This is especially bad when it’s 20F outside and you can’t open a window in another room to air out. We’ve been fight
