The Life at Sterling Woods

It's a beautiful older complex. The units are nice. The trees are an added plus as far as atmosphere. It's probably better suited for persons without mobility assisted devices such as wheelchairs and rollator walkers. Overall it looks good except complaints by residents about the lengthy periods of repair time with the elevators.

The fan was fixed, but the stairwell is a mess due to people who don't care about their living conditions, and the property manager should ensure it is kept up. When a request is put in its usually answered promptly when things need to be done in the home so good job on that.

They immediately fixed my unit to blow out heat. I mentioned to the maintenance man that cold air was also seeking through the opening leading outside of my air-conditioning unit. Therefore it needs sealing.

Finally settled in, even though there was much back and forth. Mainly because of some miscommunication. Thankful that everyone was respectful, courteous and patient as this is my first time moving into an apartment like this one. So far, great.

I moved in @April. The apartment is comfortable, I haven't had any type of problem and the neighbors are friendly. The office, everyone there are professional and friendly. A great place. 👍
