I agree. Poor maintenance answered calls. I believe if you know them, are related or do favors you might have a chance to get something done. Idon't think this place was ever inspected for new residents, landscaping is poor. I would stay away from renting here. Villas are boarded up and residents have no idea what's taking place here. I pray I can replace soon.

There is a front office and a phone number. For some reason its still very hard to communicate. A certain person you need to talk to is either not there, on the phone, leave a message no call back. Forcing money orders for rent, don't give out mandatory rent receipts. You can randomly come home to a rent note. I had to "re classify" because the management before "them" didn't do it, turn in info (had to leave the info, don't even know if she got it), no call or anything so I guess I have to go in again. Work orders system and effort is sluggish. Its supposedly supposed to be new management now.

This is a “cheap” place to live which ends up being expensive. You have limited access to the community area which has the laundromat and the mailroom as it’s locked at random days and times with no communication. (I heard a dryer beeping like it was done so be careful not to get your clothes locked in there) The maintenance issues are rarely fixed. They’re very determined to not replace things that are old and/or broken and need to be replaced. I haven’t turned on my AC in a year because it doesn’t work and runs up my electric bill well beyond $400/month. There were times I ended up being behind on my rent because the office was locked during business hours, the website was broken and there was no way of getting my money order to them for several days. I lived years ago. They're supposed to be based on your income. I had to have 2 different incomes in order to become able to live there. My rent was $499 a month. There were other people paying $5 a month. The place was beautiful. They didn't look like apartments, they looked like little houses. I like the fact that the grocery store was practically within walking distance. However, you had to go across the street to use the washers and dryers.

Every time you call, you get a voice-mail, never a person. If you leave a message, you get an automated message that says your issue has been handled. We've been waiting quite awhile to have someone address our A/C unit. We set it at 75 during the day. It runs nonstop, and is always 77-82 degrees in the house, even at night, after the sun goes down. The unit itself makes a high pitched screaming noise. Our power bill for a 720 square foot house is pushing $300 a month. My sister has a house at least twice the size, with a large out building that uses power, a pool and a hot tub, and her house is a cool, comfortable 70 degrees, while her power bill is about the same as mine. They haven't mowed the grass or trimmed the bushes in approximately 6 weeks. My neighbor, who has to be 75 years old
