The Lester Group

I wanted to give a shout out to Gracie at The Lester Group for greeting me the other day. I am with a local company Omni-Pros Restoration and was doing some "walk in marketing". Gracie met me at the front desk and was incredibly pleasant and nice! I know how important it is to give good customer service and praise when its due. Thank you Lester Group for having wonderful people that work with you. :)

The Lester group has probably been the hands down worst rental company I’ve rented from. Maintenance request never gets done unless we personally contact the landlord (who owns the house and is paying the Lester Group to handle this sort of stuff). Not to mention when my roommates and I have called we have always been talked to like we’re such a burden to their day, and they are so rude. If you can, I would avoid renting with the Lester group COMPLETELY.

Maranda was amazing! She kept in contact with us the entire process and even checked in after we made our purchase just to make sure things were good! She is the sweetest most positive human and was very helpful when my husband and I had questions or concerns during the process <3 would absolutely work with her again!!!

Disgusting conditions in a new rental (pic of one air vent but they all looked like this). Tub was covered in either red dye or pink mold. 2 of the 3 Lester Group employees were of zero assistance, requiring the new tenat to take time off work to meet repair guys when all of this should have been addressed prior to move in. AC was broken for the first two days, was fixed on the third day. Many light bulbs out and poor lighting conditions. Doors busted and half patched up. Stove falling apart. Window screens falling out. New carpet, good plumbing and hot water. Elaine Dr property.

Maintenance requests have not been fixed after 2 months. We have submitted 11. 4 were cancelled, and the other 9 have been left undone. It is causing serious hazards in the home. Do not rent from them if you are looking for good treatment.
