The Leo Myrtle Beach 55+

We had a wonderful time at the welcome event. The people here at the Leo are absolutely amazing. The staff, management, and residents are some of the sweetest people you could ever want to meet. Living at the Leo is beautiful and very welcoming.

12/22/25 Thank you to one of our manages at The Leo, Kirstan, for sharing an amenity with us! Wrapping paper for the holiday! I had a few gifts to wrap, and all my holiday paper etc are still in Virginia! To my surprise I was directed to our well equiped craft room and was able to get everything wrapped. We also had a little hiccup with the printer in the business center and Kirstan was able to help us immediately with an alternative solution. We were able to get the paperwork we needed after all!! Thanks for going above and beyond. Your resident service is top notch!! Way to go Kirstan! We love it here! The Leo is a beautiful apartment community with fantastic amenities! The gym is very well equipped and overlooks the relaxing pool area. There is another very nice courtyard with a fire pit and additional seating. There is a small dog park, a media room with a HUGE projector screen and a craft room too. The people who live here are some of the kindest and most welcoming folks that I have ever met. Hayley and Kiersten in the office are always extremely friendly and helpful. They also work really hard to put on great events and activities for the residents. There is always something fun to partake in! We have really enjoyed our time at the Leo!

We moved into The Leo at the end of January and have thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Coming from a house is not easy, as we were able to keep so much stuff over time. Moving to more limited space gives you an opportunity to save the things that really are needed and matter. We’ve met people from all over the country with many differing experiences. It’s interesting to talk with people, learn what you have in common and enjoy stories from their own lifetime. The Leo offers assorted opportunities for people to get together, learn more about each other and form friendships. You have complete freedom to pick and choose how you want to interact with others. Pets are an important part of many of our lives and we quickly learn how to successfully interact with others. We also quickly accept that

I have lived at The Leo for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The amenities here are top-notch, especially the game room. It’s a great spot to relax or hang out with friends, with plenty of fun activities to enjoy. What really sets The Leo apart, though, are the weekly resident events. They’re always well-organized, fun, and a great way to meet neighbors. It really feels like a community here, not just a place to live. The staff is always friendly and attentive, and they do a great job keeping the property clean and well-maintained. If you’re looking for a lively, welcoming place to call home, I highly recommend The Leo!
