The Lenox Apartments

I have felt so at home here at The Lenox. The staff is so friendly. Jessica and Kim are always upbeat and busy improving every aspect of the tenant’s needs here, even creating fun community activities to help us meet our neighbors and get the latest updates for our home. Love where I live!

Our maintenance team is always quick to handle requests. Today Marvin arrived quickly and professionally, handling what I would consider a lengthy repair in a short amount of time. There was no interruption to my schedule, and I am grateful the repair was able to be completed today as has every work order I have submitted while being a resident of The Lenox apartments. Thank you so much!!

I’m not yet a tenant but I’ve had two tours and experiences with the office staff and property grounds. And here is my sincere review: 1) Both Kim and Jessica showed up and engaged with me in utmost professionalism, courtesy, and kindness. The tone and energy of the office space is clean, warm, and inviting. It gives lounge vibes in a good way. 2) The property grounds have been well maintained and kept clean on both occasions. 3) The first tour was back in August 2025 for a one bedroom, one bathroom (1/1) on the second (2nd) floor. The entryway to the unit and the setup of the inner property is a little unique to my experiences, but the back story of the conversion of the original building to the now rental was shared by Kim. My actual apartment is nice but there is a group of Spanish people who yell and play loud music unti 1 am at the A building pool. And I have an apartment that faces the backyard so I can hear it all in my room. I sent an email to the manager but never got a reply. Nothing is being done so probably wont renew the lease.

It is beautiful place to live and enjoy everyday. Overall community is very clean and front desk staff is my favorite people here. They listen small detail with complete concentration. Maintenance team is very helpful and friendly. Overall it is a family place to live. It is very safe in day and night as well.
