The Lenox Apartments

I absolutely love my apartment and this community. The staff, Fanny, Elizabeth and Sylvester, provide stellar service to the residents. The grounds are clean, pool sparkling and property maintained. The office hosts awesome events to engage our community for most holidays. There is always something positive going on at The Lenox Apartments. 10 out of 10. Definitely a great place to call home !!!

Thank you Ms Elizabeth for the warm welcoming and the wonderful tour. The ladies in the office were so welcoming and informative. Not to mention the delicious snacks :) I hope my application process goes smoothly!! Great customer service and very clean apartments.

Living at the Lennox has been such a great experience! The community is clean, well maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is always professional and quick to help, and I want to especially highlight Elizabeth. She has been amazing to work with, friendly, knowledgeable, and always going above and beyond to help. I just renewed my lease because I truly enjoy living here overall. I’ve had nothing but a positive experience and truly feel at home at the Lennox. A big thank you to Elizabeth and the team for making it such a great place to live!!

I have lived in this complex for over 3 years now. My place is beautiful i love my neighbors and love how management care about the maintenance of the complex. Angie the leasing manager is great and always happy to help with any issues. Definitely recommend place to live...

Be prepared for significant issues with hot water, especially during cold weather. When problems arise, the resolution is unacceptably slow. The management appears to prioritize cost-cutting by using in-house maintenance rather than hiring a certified plumber for complex issues, which significantly delays repairs. I was told the issue would be fixed, but I am still waiting for action.
