When I first met Mike, my roommate and I at the time were looking to move into a larger home with just a week or two of notice. Not only was he able to show us a variety of homes in such little time but he also managed to find a tenant to take over our lease. When we ran into the conflict of health and safety with one of our homes and our landlord not taking the issue seriously, Mike was quick to take action with highlighting our tenant rights in our lease. He also had referrals that he had previously worked with to help us try to resolve the issue we were dealing with. Mike has been incredibly helpful! Completely above and beyond! He helped me find a home to rent in a small time crunch and was very flexible about showing me places. He also found someone to take over my current apartment lease within a week of me moving out! He is still helping me out with questions about certain clauses in my lease and took the extra mile to highlight the specific sections for me. I highly recommend Mike!
