Its hard to reach the office by phone or email when it comes to trying to contact someone in regards to an application or simply just wanting more information. It be easier if they added business hours on to the site .

The best landlord we’ve had since living out here is Hope and Don Marie. Hope is the goat no cap. Don Marie is competent and fair. She’s very caring and will do whatever she can to help you out all while being professional at the same time. She’s very sweet and nice. The laurels is a great place to live however we do need more security cameras. Cops are starting to ride out here more. Hopefully it doesn’t turn into the ghetto. Also they gotta stop moving any and everybody out here. Definitely need to hire more landlords like Don Marie and Hope. Definitely need somebody that cares. Worst one was Cathy. She even misplaced our rent before and that’s wild.

Don’t waste your time! I did an application weeks ago because I was told they had a few available units! Only for no one to contacted me! I had to keep calling them to get an answer and even then I was told a lie on how I was missing a zip code that’s why my paper work didn’t go through! I paid $50 for an application fee for no one to let me know if I was approved or not! I will be looking into this because they are unprofessional!

Cathy is so rude. She does not return phone calls or respond to other messages. Customer service is terrible. She yells at renters or does not respond when help is needed. Complaints must be filed. Multiple people have experienced this. Terrible.

Don't rent from this place they don't fix anything everything is outdated maintenence is only on site once a week office only open 2 days a week and to make matters worse if you give notice that you will vacate the office will go into your place when your not there and take things very rude and very unprofessional
